  • Is it safe for me to take Pharmamuscle supplements continuously? Should I be cycling my supplements to stop them becoming effective?
  • Unless otherwise advised, we do not believe there is any need to cycle your supplements. All of the Pharmamuscle products are formulated using 100% pure and safe for consumption and we adhere to strict safety guidelines in our production process. The nutrients included in Pharmamuscle products occur naturally and so it is possible to safely continue to take Pharmamuscle products on an uninterrupted basis.

    It is advisable to avoid a break in supplementation of certain products (e.g. Wheymax, ZMAC, Alphamale) to prevent significant loss of muscle mass or strength, however a small break in your supplement routine should not have any noticeable impact.

    It is important to note that the exception to this are the creatine based products; CREAPLUS and MEGA CEE. These products are recommended to be taken on an 8 week cycle with 1-2 weeks break before beginning the next cycle of use. Please see the consumption directions specific to these products.

    Pharmamuscle supplies Mega Aminos BCAA which contains Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. Additionally, we also provide Opti-Glutamine as a pure source of the amino acid Glutamine.

    We have formulated these amino acid isolates because a significant body of scientific evidence exists to show that these amino acids enhance anabolic processes that build muscle. Additionally, these amino acids have been shown to greatly improve recovery rate, improve energy and performance. Whilst whey protein supplements can be sufficient, consuming Mega Aminos BCAA or Opti-Glutamine will boost muscle hypertrophy, power and recover.

  • Can I mix L-Arginine with my other pre-work out powders in the morning?
  • We strongly advise that you do not combine L-Arginine with any other of your protein or amino acid supplements. L-Arginine is taken before a workout to provide a source of Nitric Oxide (NO) which functions to dilate vessels that supply muscles. This contributes to improved endurance, power and recovery after your workout. Consuming L-Arginine with whey or other amino acid supplements will prevent efficient absorption of L-Arginine and will not raise NO levels sufficiently to have a significant effect.
  • I can't shift the last couple of kilos of fat. Please help
