Customer Services / Returns Policy
We think that you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 14 day no hassle returns policy on all our products. There are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their unopened packaging.
For all returns we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.

How our returns work:

from the purchase date.
| ||Products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their |
original unopened packaging. They must be accompanied by your
original invoice. Please complete the returns section on the invoice.
It makes our warehouse team very happy.
| ||Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 |
hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be
automatically be issued via your original method of payment within
7 days. Unfortunately we're unable to refund our original delivery costs.

Occasionally parcels can get damaged by our couriers. If the outer packaging looks damaged, do not accept the parcel and send it back with the courier. If you discover your item is damaged upon unpacking it, please report the damage to our customer services team within 48 hours of receiving your items.
We may request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorisation must then be provided by us to return the damaged goods before we can release any credit or arrange any product(s) re-shipments.
Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a re-delivery charge.
